This easy turkey taco skillet, made with ground turkey, corn, black beans, bell pepper and zucchini, is the perfect healthy meal that the whole family will enjoy.

Ground turkey Zucchini Garlic Onion Red bell pepper Corn Black beans Can of diced tomatoes Taco seasoning Cilantro Shredded cheese


Step 1:  Brown zucchini on both sides. Remove from pan.

Step 2: Sauté garlic, onions and bell pepper until soft

Step 3:  Add ground turkey, break up into crumbles with wooden spoon & brown

Step 4:  Add can of diced tomatoes and taco seasoning.

Step 5: add cooked zucchini, cilantro, corn and black beans

Step 6:  Top with cheese, cover with lid and cook until cheese has melted

Garnish with desired toppings and serve!
