Never choose between a gingerbread and snickerdoodle cookie again! These gluten free & dairy free gingerdoodles are perfectly soft in the middle, chewy around the edges and are complete with a cinnamon sugar coating.

Gluten free flour

Almond butter

Eggs

Molasses

Vanilla

Sugar

Spices

INGREDIENTS

Step 1: Combine eggs, sugar, molasses, almond butter and vanilla

Step 2: Combine GF flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves

Step 3: Combine wet and dry ingredients. Chill dough for 1 hour.

Step 4: Roll dough into balls and roll in cinnamon sugar.

Step 5: Bake cookies at 350°F for 11-12 minutes. 

Allow cookies to cool a few minutes before enjoying.

The best Christmas cookie! And no one will know it is gluten & dairy free!
