Burrata Caprese
This burrata caprese is a twist on a classic caprese salad. Heirloom tomatoes, burrata cheese, fresh basil and balsamic glaze come together for the perfect summer app or side dish.

- (2) 4 oz burrata balls
- 2-3 large heirloom tomatoes
- 12 basil leaves
- 1/4 cup arugula
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- balsamic glaze
Slice heirloom tomatoes into 1/4 inch thick slices. Lay arugula in the center of your serving platter.
Alternate tomato slices and fresh basil around the perimeter of the serving platter.
Place burrata balls in the center of the serving platter. Drizzle everything with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Right before serving, drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve with a knife to cut the burrata.
