Strawberry Spritz
Sit back and relax in the summertime sunshine with this strawberry spritz cocktail. Light, fruity, refreshing and a breeze to make!
Servings: 1 spritz
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup halved strawberries
- 2 oz Lillet blanc
- 2 oz prosecco
- 1 1/2 oz seltzer or club soda
- strawberry slices
Instructions
- Wash strawberries, remove the stems and cut them in half. Place strawberries into a small blender and blend until smooth.
- In a wine glass, add strawberry puree. Next, add ice and strawberry slices.
- Pour in Lillet, processo and top everything off with a splash of seltzer. Give everything a quick stir, garnish with a strawberry and you are ready to enjoy.
