Hugo Spritz Recipe

The cousin to everyone's favorite Aperol spritz, the Hugo Spritz is made with prosecco, elderflower liqueur, mint and lime. It's delightfully refreshing and a breeze to make.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz prosecco
  • 2 oz Saint Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz club soda
  • 2 lime slices
  • fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • Fill a wine glass with ice. Add 3 oz prosecco, 2 oz elderflower liqueur and top with club soda. 
  • Stir drink to combine ingredients. Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves.
