Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 10 slices prosciutto
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prep the asparagus by snapping or trimming off the woody ends. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
    1 lb asparagus, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Wrap a piece of prosciutto around 3–4 spears of asparagus. Repeat with remaining asparagus and arrange on the baking sheet in a single layer.
    10 slices prosciutto
  • Roast the asparagus for 12–15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the prosciutto is slightly crispy.
  • Plate and finish with a sprinkle of parmesan. Serve warm.
