- 1 lb asparagus
- 10 slices prosciutto
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prep the asparagus by snapping or trimming off the woody ends. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Wrap a piece of prosciutto around 3–4 spears of asparagus. Repeat with remaining asparagus and arrange on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast the asparagus for 12–15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the prosciutto is slightly crispy.
Plate and finish with a sprinkle of parmesan. Serve warm.
