Reuben Sliders

A spin on a classic Reuben sandwich, these Reuben sliders are the perfect game day appetizer to make for a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1/2 lb corned beef
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Prepare the sauerkraut by wrapping it in a kitchen towel or paper towels and wringing out the excess liquid.
  • Use a bread knife to cut the Hawaiian rolls in half. Place the bottom half in a 9"x13" baking dish.
  • Top the bottom half of the rolls with corned beef, followed by Swiss cheese, then sauerkraut and lastly, the Thousand Island dressing. Add the top half of the rolls.
  • Brush melted butter over the top of the rolls until fully coated. Sprinkle on the everything bagel seasoning.
  • Bake sliders covered for 10 minutes, then uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, or until the tops of the buns turn golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  • Allow sliders to cool for 5 minutes before cutting. Serve warm.
