Reuben Sliders
A spin on a classic Reuben sandwich, these Reuben sliders are the perfect game day appetizer to make for a crowd.

- 1 pkg King's Hawaiian Rolls
- 1/2 lb corned beef
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- Everything bagel seasoning
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Prepare the sauerkraut by wrapping it in a kitchen towel or paper towels and wringing out the excess liquid.
Use a bread knife to cut the Hawaiian rolls in half. Place the bottom half in a 9"x13" baking dish.
Top the bottom half of the rolls with corned beef, followed by Swiss cheese, then sauerkraut and lastly, the Thousand Island dressing. Add the top half of the rolls.
Brush melted butter over the top of the rolls until fully coated. Sprinkle on the everything bagel seasoning.
Bake sliders covered for 10 minutes, then uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, or until the tops of the buns turn golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Allow sliders to cool for 5 minutes before cutting. Serve warm.
