Servings: 8 slices
- 1 store bought pizza dough approx. 20 oz
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup gravy plus more for serving
- 1 1/4 cups turkey
- 1 cup stuffing
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 4 oz brie
- 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
Crispy Sage
- 12 fresh sage leaves
- 2 tbsp butter
Preheat the oven to 450°F and dust a pizza pan with a mixture of flour and cornmeal (or just flour).
Dust your hands and pizza dough with flour and begin shaping the dough into a circle with your hands. Lay the pizza dough down on the pizza pan. Stretch and press the pizza dough to the shape of the pan, being careful to stretch the dough to an even thickness.
Drizzle the dough with olive oil and par bake the dough for 8-10 minutes.
While the dough is par baking, melt butter in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add sage leaves and allow them to crisp up, about 4-5 minutes. Remove sage from the pan and drain on a paper towel.
Add gravy to the crust and spread into a thin even layer. Top with turkey, chunks of brie and dollops of mashed potatoes and stuffing.
Place the pizza back into the oven for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the brie has melted and the crust is golden brown.
Remove pizza from the oven and top with dollops of cranberry sauce and the crispy sage leaves. Cut pizza into 8 slices.
