Sarti Spritz Recipe
The Sarti Spritz is a bright, fruity and refreshing summer cocktail made with Sarti Rosa, prosecco, and sparkling water.

If you’re a spritz lover like me, but think Aperol is too bitter (also like me), then you are going to LOVE the Sarti spritz. The Sarti spritz is just as easy to make but is lighter, fruitier and more citrus forward than an Aperol spritz. Not to mention the color of the cocktail is a gorgeous, vibrant shade of pink! This cocktail is perfect for warm weather happy hours, brunches, or sipping on the patio with friends!
What is Sarti Rosa?
Sarti Rosa is an Italian aperitivo liqueur known for its vibrant pink color and fruity flavor profile. It combines notes of Sicilian blood orange, mango, and passion fruit for a sweet, citrusy, and slightly tropical taste.
Sarti Rosa is popular across Europe but new to the United States, so it can be hard to find. See my where to buy section below for my tips on how to find it near you.
Ingredients
Sarti Rosa
Prosecco
Sparkling water
Garnishes: lime or blood orange slices and mint

Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Pour in the Sarti Rosa.
- Add the prosecco.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with an orange or lime slice and mint and serve immediately.
Where to Buy Sarti Rosa
Sarti Rosa is becoming easier to find in the United States, especially at larger liquor stores with a good selection of imported spirits and aperitifs. Stores such as Total Wine or specialty wine and liquor shops may carry it, though availability can vary by location.
If you can’t find it locally, ask your local liquor store if they can special order it for you. You can also check online inventory through your preferred liquor store before heading out.
If you’re local to me, I ordered this online through Empire Wine‘s website and it was available for pick up in store the next day.

Substitutions
Sarti Rosa: if you are having trouble getting your hands on Sarti Rosa, try Ramazotti Aperitivo Rosato, X-rated Fusion liqueur or Lillet Rosé, which all have similar flavor profiles.
Prosecco: substitute another dry sparkling wine such as cava or champagne.
Sparkling water: Club soda or unflavored sparkling mineral water both work well.
