Ingredients

The ingredients to make cranberry ginger spritzers.

Vodka: use a quality vodka like Tito’s, Grey Goose or Ketel One.
Triple sec: adds a bright citrus note that lifts the drink and balances tart cranberry.
Cranberry juice: provides color, acidity and festive tartness; choose sweetened or unsweetened based on preference.
Ginger beer: brings bold, spicy ginger flavor and refreshing effervescence.
Prosecco: dry, crisp sparkling wine adds bubbles and a celebratory finish.

Instructions

Shake the base: Add vodka, triple sec and cranberry juice to a cocktail shaker with ice until the shaker is frosted.

Top with bubbles: Strain cocktail into a wine glass with ice, add ginger beer then top with prosecco.

Garnish: Add orange wedge, fresh cranberries, candied ginger and rosemary sprig, if using. Serve immediately.

Makes 6–8 drinks

In a large pitcher, combine 1 ½ cups vodka, ¾ cup triple sec and 2 cups cranberry juice. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours in advance. Just before serving, add 2 cups ginger beer and 1 bottle chilled prosecco (750 mL), added slowly. Pour into wine glasses with ice and garnish.

FAQ

Can I prepare this ahead?
Yes. Mix the vodka, triple sec and cranberry juice up to a day ahead. Add ginger beer and prosecco right before serving.

What’s the difference between ginger beer and ginger ale?
Ginger beer is stronger, spicier and less sweet, giving the cocktail more depth.

Can I make it non-alcoholic?
