This white chocolate peppermint martini features vodka, peppermint schnapps and Godiva white chocolate liqueur. The fun candy cane rim adds an extra layer of peppermint flavor.

Ingredients
Candy canes: the candy canes are crushed and used to rim the martini glasses for an extra festive flair.
White Chocolate: the white chocolate is melted and used to adhere the crushed candy cane to the rim of the martini glass.
Vodka: you can use regular vodka, or a flavored vodka, such as vanilla, whipped cream or peppermint.
Peppermint Schnapps: adds the peppermint flavor to this cocktail.
White Chocolate Liqueur: makes this cocktail creamy and chocolatey!

Instructions
Add white chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 20 second increments until melted. Use a small rubber spatula to spread the white chocolate around the rim the martini glass.
Crush candy canes into fine crumb and place on a small plate. Roll the rim of the martini glass in the crushed candy cane until fully coated.
Add ice to a cocktail shaker, then add vodka, peppermint schnapps and white chocolate liqueur. Cover the shaker with the lid and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass. Enjoy immediately.
